About Us

Derek Morris and his wife Gill set up Morval in 1981, the idea being born from our own hobby of caravanning. The business started out on Hartlebury Trading Estate and in 1982 we became members of the National Caravan Council.

In the early days we received a steady stream of work servicing and valeting the caravans. More and more people started asking for other jobs too, so gradually we built up the repair side of the business, obviously gaining more knowledge and experience. After quite a short period of time we were confident enough to carry out major accident damage and started working for all the major Insurance Companies. After moving to our current premises on Station Park, son Chris joined the business in 1999 and after several years training, he and Derek are now a business partnership.

We pride ourselves on offering a personal service, we are on first name terms with a lot of our customers, and we also like to be known the same. As well as taking pride in our work and doing a first class job, we always spare the time to talk to people and listen to their needs, which we think people appreciate.
